While public health authorities continue to assess the risks associated with COVID-19 in our Region we continue to monitor ongoing developments day over day and hour over hour. Our highest priority continues to be the health and safety or our team, clients and community while maintaining our service levels in response to client needs.
While our office remains fully functioning through a combination of in office and remote work we have made the difficult decision to suspend all face to face client meetings and engage in alternative means of meeting format whether through video or teleconferencing or remote meeting locations for “essential appointments” only.
We are moving to a primarily electronic documents system in order to reduce physical contact. Our systems and technologies remain secure and are fully functional in order to respond to client needs. We are committed to serving our clients with the same quality of service and professional advice understanding that we all need to do our part to delay and stop the spread of Covid-19 and protect the health and well-being of those most vulnerable in our community.
