The team at Lancaster Brooks & Welch LLP wish to pay tribute and celebrate the community leadership of Rob Welch. 
A lifetime of community engagement continues with his recent appointment to the Board of Trustees of Brock University. This commitment is the latest in a long list of community and charitable organizations that have benefited from Rob’s involvement.
In 2018 he concluded 26 years as Chancellor of the Anglican Diocese of Niagara. He has served as Director of the United Way, Niagara Community Foundation, YMCA Niagara, and has held leadership and committee responsibilities within the Rotary Club of St. Catharines South, the Niagara District Health Council, the ALS Society of Canada, and Family and Childrens’ Services of Niagara. He also served nine years as Councillor for the Regional Municipality of Niagara. In 2016 he received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce.
