Recently Rob Welch spoke to the 2013-14 cohort of Leadership Niagara at its final Learning Day. LBW has been a sponsor of this event for the past two years. Leadership Niagara brings together a group of 36 young professionals from the business, professional and not-for-profit sectors in the Region over a ten month period in a program of leadership training and development.
Rob left the group with a message to “be a part of organizations that deliver with compassion and efficiency.” He advised “it doesn’t matter where action comes from as long as it carries forward. Your responsibility is to carry it forward.”
