EDUCATION:

Mr. Black obtained a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario in 1965, and went on to Western's Law School, where he obtained an LL.B. in 1968. He was called to the Bar by the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1970.

EXPERIENCE:

From 1970-1975, Mr. Black practised law at the firm of Harris, Barr. He then entered into sole practice until 1988, when he joined the firm of Lancaster, Mix & Welch, (now Lancaster, Brooks & Welch) .
