Dear Clients, Colleagues and Suppliers,
Lancaster Brooks & Welch LLP is committed to a safe and healthy environment for staff, clients colleagues and the community in which we live and work.
Like many responsible corporate citizens we are monitoring the situation as the impact of COVID-19 unfolds in our region and beyond and we will continue to review the best protocols for the safe continuation of the services we provide the community.
We have undertaken high standards of hygiene and contact within our office to minimize exposure, taking proactive steps to address health and business concerns. We want to assure you that we are taking all appropriate measures to ensure our facilities are as safe as possible and that we have existing plans and protocols in place.
We have suspended all business travel and events during this time period and are closely monitoring personal travel and self-quarantine guidelines as they evolve.
Our offices remain open and are operating. We have also implemented screening and meeting protocols that will be updated as necessary. We will increase our reliance on virtual meetings and teleconferences. We ask clients to minimize their requirements to attend face to face meetings, replacing them with telephone, emails, and computer meetings such as Skype or Zoom.
Our legal team is able to continue to serve your needs regardless of location and we have invested in underlying technology platforms and solutions that are reliable and secure.
Should circumstances require a temporary closure of our office premises, our professionals will continue to be fully accessible and deliver seamless and uninterrupted service to our clients.
We are Niagara’s lawyers, committed to serving the legal needs of our community and we understand the impact that this outbreak may have on your business. Our wide-ranging legal services are here to help you navigate the difficult risks and implications they have on your business. If you require assistance please contact us at email@example.com or contact any one of our lawyers directly for support.
